Ever have those days when you just wake up feeling off and know your kids don’t stand a chance cuz you feel like yelling before you even say good morning to them?! I started taking ‘Chill’ on these days (and it turned into everyday cuz I loved how much chiller it made me) and WOW! It was an almost instant shift to my mood and has given me so much more patience throughout my days, especially with my kids! I am able to be more present and enjoy the chaos instead of getting anxious and wrapped up in it!
